I purchased this single family home with a fellow investor with the intention of turning it into a long term rental. This one was a lot of exterior work - Deck, concrete, roof, and gutters. We also built a custom walk in shower, moved the laundry up from the unfinished basement, and refinished the floors throughout. This home is still on Airbnb and available to rent, check it out below!
