Abandoned Duplex in NE Minneapolis
My first project! A distressed and fire damaged duplex that needed a full interior gut and exterior work. I wouldn't recommend a new investor start this big but it worked out! Currently available for rent on Airbnb!
Single family home near the University of Minnesota
A single family home in poor condition but in a great area. A more modest remodel turned into an Airbnb, with new kitchen countertops, a new full bathroom with custom walk in shower, laundry relocated from the basement, and a huge deck! This unit is also available for rent on Airbnb now.
