Abandoned duplex brought back to life 

My first ever project! I purchased this abandoned duplex out of preforclosure in 2017 and spent a year remodeling it from top to bottom. Fire and water damage and years of being ignored left me a tall task, but it ended up working out great! This remodel included just about everything one can do to a house - all new plumbing and electrical work, two new kitchens and a reworked upstairs bathroom space, new deck and parking area, added electrical and gas meters, layout changes, refinished wood floors, etc! This is currently for rent on Airbnb.
